Went in late on a Tuesday nice. Was seen right away. Amy and Kaitlin were my nurses, they were AMAZING. Made me feel super comfortable and assured. Dr. Parvus also was very attentive and thorough. I will 100% come back here!

My partner and I have been Mueller residents for 6 years. We own a business near the Alamo Drafthouse. I’m sad to write this review because I love this neighborhood and I love supporting all the businesses here. That all being said, I had a terrible experience here that I want other residents to be made aware of. I came into the ER at 5am today due to vomiting for 12 hours. These people are the definition of rude and unprofessional. From the front desk to the nurse, they act like they hate their job and that you are inconveniencing them by being in pain and asking for help. They allegedly ran tests saying I was healthy and all tests were negative. Went for a second opinion when my BABY had the same symptoms in less than 24 hours all to find out I was positive for a sickness and so was my baby. I'm SO grateful my insurance covered this visit but even if it didn't I just have to sing their praises anyway. Went in with an injury late at night and treatment took 2hrs roughly because they had to call specialists in but in the meantime everyone from start to finish treated me like a king and I can't ever pay that feeling back. Bad history with ER and hospitals, so this meant a lot to me. Thank you staff so much for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate it.

Better late than never: I went here in Nov 2024, and the tech I had was maybe one of the best people I interacted with the entire year. I was freaking out due to claustrophobia while getting a very important scan, and he talked me down so I could finish the scan. Cannot thank him enough. He maybe saved my life as I had a time-sensitive condition. Thank you thank you.
