I came here due to not being able to sleep for a third night in a row due to tooth pain. Me already having a clear understanding that a Dr. can’t do Dental work but they can essentially treat me for pain to help me a little. Well let’s just say I came here with my two year old at 4 AM the pain had gotten so bad and my face began to sell with pain in my eye and neck. Even though this was almost 5 years ago. Yes, FIVE. I would like to give one star to this facility because the doctor on call that day accused me of being on drugs. I spent at least 4 or 5 hours there and did not get any answers from them other than wanting to admit me to the hospital. Days later my PCP ended up doing bloodwork and it turned out I had Typhus. So thanks for nothing but frustration and false accusations. Truly appreciate that. An interaction I won't ever forget.

I brought my boyfriend in with a 103.6 degree fever, after he had been fighting the flu with no improvement for weeks. He had a 101 temp when we arrived. We were the only patients there, it wasn’t busy there was no wait, and yet still no one did a physical exam, they didn’t listen to his chest or breathing or do anything for him at all. They sent him home saying that he just needed to take Tylenol for his fever and sent us out. Filling out the forms took me longer than the time they spent with us. I drove my husband here so I’m just going to comment on the facility and not the actual urgent care itself. We walked in at 7 AM, was greeted by the friendly staff and quickly checked in. Comfort wise this place is great. The waiting room is spacious with comfortable chairs & sofas and flatscreen TVs. There’s also Wi-Fi, bottled water and restrooms in the waiting area. I went in at around 3 AM due to extreme chest pain and explained that I had woken up and had called my friend for support who suggested I should go to the ER after the pain had persisted. My so called doctor was extremely condescending asking if my friend went to med school or if they were a doctor and if I should even be consulting them for medical advice instead of helping me. He didn’t even diagnose me. Do not go here Dr. Brian Hall sucks. I will be getting another consultation from a real doctor.
