Went in and experienced nothing but kindness and respect, the doctor was very understanding and helpful and the nursing staff was great, especially Vanessa who helped me understand the steps needed regarding a follow up
We visited this emergency room after my husband experienced an allergic reaction. The medical team provided immediate and highly professional care. Every member of the staff was courteous, attentive, and compassionate. We are very grateful for their excellent service and would strongly recommend this facility.
Went in late on a Tuesday nice. Was seen right away. Amy and Kaitlin were my nurses, they were AMAZING. Made me feel super comfortable and assured. Dr. Parvus also was very attentive and thorough. I will 100% come back here!
My partner and I have been Mueller residents for 6 years. We own a business near the Alamo Drafthouse. I’m sad to write this review because I love this neighborhood and I love supporting all the businesses here. These people are the definition of rude and unprofessional. From the front desk to the nurse, they act like they hate their job and that you are inconveniencing them by being in pain and asking for help. They allegedly ran tests saying I was healthy and all tests were negative. Went for a second opinion when my BABY had the same symptoms in less than 24 hours all to find out I was positive for a sickness and so was my baby.
