In the past I’ve had fast, positive experiences at this facility. I was treated for a deep dog bite. HOWEVER - they have an A team and maybe a “D team”. Today I unfortunately experienced the unbelievably slow care of the D team. The A team I’ve had in the past w D Parvus is truly wonderful, quick with care, compassionate and coordinated. Dr Leigh Galatzan should be reevaluated for his ability. Not to be rude, but his age was a significant factor in my care. He unfortunately is lacking the coordination to do simple things l... read more

I had the best experience here recently and wanted to share! I checked in and within minutes Young the Nurse met with me and walked me through what tests I should do for my symptoms/what to expect with my visit. He also explained aftercare and the “why” behind it - for example, he said I should double my water intake because muscles tighten and get sore when sick due to other organs taking priority for water to keep things functioning! I so appreciate this well rounded approach and am already feeling a million times better!!... read more

I went to this urgent care last May when I was experiencing shortness of breath from a recent COVID infection. I was initially encouraged by signage asking patients in the waiting room to remain masked if experiencing respiratory symptoms. However, when I was called back by the worst healthcare provider I’ve ever encountered, she said loudly from across the room, “Oh you can take that mask off!” Yeah lady, great infection control and understanding of basic aerosol science on your part. She didn’t care about the other person... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in having concerning side effects after taking amoxicillin for what I thought was tonsillitis. I had taken amoxicillin with no issue for my entire life. Instead of being listened to or evaluated, Dr. Richard-Hamilton quickly dismissed my symptoms, saying I should visit a dentist for my bleeding and sloughing gums and I was clearly experiencing seasonal allergies due to my heavily bloodshot eyes and rash on my chest. She asked if I had taken Benadryl. I had to beg to get some sort of t... read more

I had an outstanding experience at this location and could not recommend it enough. I had an accident late in the evening and arrived around 11:30p to no wait. The front desk staff was very kind and referred me to Young, the nurse in triage, to make sure I needed to be seen. Young saw me within seconds and was kind, professional, calm, and reassuring— giving professional advise before sending me on my way with a checklist of things to look out for over the next couple of days. I wish all my experiences with ERs could be this... read more
