Went in late on a Tuesday nice. Was seen right away. Amy and Kaitlin were my nurses, they were AMAZING. Made me feel super comfortable and assured. Dr. Parvus also was very attentive and thorough. I will 100% come back here!

My partner and I have been Mueller residents for 6 years. We own a business near the Alamo Drafthouse. I’m sad to write this review because I love this neighborhood and I love supporting all the businesses here. That all being said, I had a terrible experience here that I want other residents to be made aware of. I came into the ER at 5am today due to vomiting for 12 hours. Took my grandmother here almost a week from now and the staff were very helpful and polite. She had some stitches and they turned out good today! The ER also had a professional translator on their tablets to help my grandmother with questions that she had. Thank you so much!

JUST GO TO THE HOSPITAL's ER. Or another Clinic. STAY AWAY from this cold creepy place. Emergency should be taken out of their name, replaced by "Privatized." They only treat emergencies under the condition that the patient experiencing an emergency pays for tests, and services first. BEWARE of hidden fees and bad bedside manner. This is a greedy, sneaky business more interested in money than providing care for people in need. Emergency should be taken out of their name. We visited this emergency room after my husband experienced an allergic reaction. The medical team provided immediate and highly professional care. Every member of the staff was courteous, attentive, and compassionate. We are very grateful for their excellent service and would strongly recommend this facility.
