Went in and experienced nothing but kindness and respect, the doctor was very understanding and helpful and the nursing staff was great, especially Vanessa who helped me understand the steps needed regarding a follow up

We visited this emergency room after my husband experienced an allergic reaction. The medical team provided immediate and highly professional care. Every member of the staff was courteous, attentive, and compassionate. We are very grateful for their excellent service and would strongly recommend this facility.

Went in late on a Tuesday nice. Was seen right away. Amy and Kaitlin were my nurses, they were AMAZING. Made me feel super comfortable and assured. Dr. Parvus also was very attentive and thorough. I will 100% come back here!

My partner and I have been Mueller residents for 6 years. We own a business near the Alamo Drafthouse. I’m sad to write this review because I love this neighborhood and I love supporting all the businesses here. That all being said, I had a terrible experience here that I want other residents to be made aware of. I came into the ER at 5am today due to vomiting for 12 hours. I'm SO grateful my insurance covered this visit but even if it didn't I just have to sing their praises anyway. Went in with an injury late at night and treatment took 2hrs roughly because they had to call specialists in but in the meantime everyone from start to finish treated me like a king and I can't ever pay that feeling back. Bad history with ER and hospitals, so this meant a lot to me. Thank you staff so much for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate it.
