Overall the work that was done cleaning the gutters and the power wash was excellent! Very pleased with Austin Patrick and Associates and how fast they are with getting things done; to me, this kind of service represents caring about the renters they are managing. Very amicable and a welcome relief! I would rate the company that came out 4 and 1/2 Stars only because though they cleaned up their mess in the front from the gutters they left a pretty big mess in the back of the house, but that by no means takes away from the w... read more

Austin Patrick is the Dream team Gold when It comes to going the extra mile to aid and assist with getting a home.
