We had an excellent experience with Austin Patrick and Associates in Canton, GA. Unlike many other property management companies in the area, they are run by people who live in and truly care about our community. They have been incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Amy, Korrin, and the whole group at Austin Patrick are fantastic and hardworking. In my profession, I frequently become responsible for managing and selling properties owned by other entities. Often there are legal obstacles, timelines, and third parties which interfere with the ability to accomplish a sale quickly and efficiently. No heat a few days ago, forgot my log in and could not find emergency contact number. Had to search web to find someone to get it reset. Finally reached someone who helped me. It was repaired the next day. Thank you ,and as hard as you try there still should be a after hour number if no internet is available.
