We had an excellent experience with Austin Patrick and Associates in Canton, GA. Unlike many other property management companies in the area, they are run by people who live in and truly care about our community. Very responsive to maintenance needs if your a renter. In addition, they seem to be cognizant to renters about raising the rent because of the economy and inflation. I don't know this for sure but it might that employees of Austin Patrick that make decisions, talk to owners before they decide to raise rents because as I mentioned, economy/ inflation has not changed yet, but it will with a new administration in Washington. We rent our home through Austin Patrick and Associates. They are wonderful to rent from. Very responsive to needs and everyone is super sweet! Very thankful for them.
Amy and Jackie were great to work with. My property manager was Jackie and she went over and beyond for me. I truly appreciate all of their help. Will definitely rent from again if the time permits!!
