Austin is a phenomenal clinician. He has a lot of experience, that quickly presents. Where he shines though is his EQ. He's a an active listener and pragmatic with his solutions. He collaborates and game plans with his patients. In a field where it's challenging to find dependable clinicians who we can rely on, Austin is a cut above.
Godsend, pure & simple. LifeStance so far has been a smooth pleasure to deal with in terms of billing, website, admin, logistics etc. And though I’ve only had 2 sessions so far, I’m deeply impressed with the quality of care that I’m receiving. My practitioner is highly insightful, attentive, very kind, and full of surprisingly helpful information. Even told my family doc about LifeStance. Again, so far, godsend!
Both Austin Reed and Karen Shamus have been absolutely awesome. They are very professional while being both understanding, and non judgmental. They both focus on helping me to thrive and I am so grateful for them.
