Counselors are great! Corporate doesn't care. Billing system is extremely messed up, with no listing of practioner, date of service, and amount charged; only copies of credit card authorization. I currently have $40 due and $80 credit (for what?) which is not being applied. TWO STARS out of five for the company.
Austin is great! He listens to what I have to say. Values my opinions on what I’m wanting to achieve. My life has changed since my first appointment with him.
I enjoy talking to Austin Reed. I feel as though I am genuinely heard, and that my concerns are addressed. it's nice to know that you have somebody on your side for a change when things aren't always going the way they should
Always amazing and easy to discuss things with.. listens to me and has changed my life in such a wonderful way.. I highly recommend
Austin is a phenomenal clinician. He has a lot of experience, that quickly presents. Where he shines though is his EQ. He's a an active listener and pragmatic with his solutions. He collaborates and game plans with his patients. In a field where it's challenging to find dependable clinicians who we can rely on, Austin is a cut above.
