Counselors are great! Corporate doesn't care. Billing system is extremely messed up, with no listing of practioner, date of service, and amount charged; only copies of credit card authorization. I currently have $40 due and $80 credit (for what?) which is not being applied. TWO STARS out of five for the company.
I enjoy talking to Austin Reed. I feel as though I am genuinely heard, and that my concerns are addressed. it's nice to know that you have somebody on your side for a change when things aren't always going the way they should
Austin is great! He listens to what I have to say. Values my opinions on what I’m wanting to achieve. My life has changed since my first appointment with him.
Austin Reed is very good talking to me and getting my depression under control. He's worked hard to get my medication worked out so I can be the best me!
