I just got off the phone with JACOB at the LaFrontera location, and while I may think it silly reviewing financial institutions, I absolutely gleefully state that I have consistently dealt with amazing assistance from tellers and Member Accountants who are kind, empathetic, and embody everything everyone loves remembering about Austin. Thankful that ATFCU embodies what all credit unions were intended to be: the Ethical Banks.
Austin Telco FCU in Buda has outstanding customer service! Kadefa and Kurt went above and beyond to help me. They were patient, professional, and truly made me feel valued as a member. Highly recommend this branch!
No manager, no way to file complaint, had nothing but issues cashing checks had an account for 12 years. Cheap cards and employees will argue with you instead of admitting mistakes. Enough is enough, do not bank with them.
Their technology is outdated, their tellers are clueless and their branch managers are unhelpful. Corporate is worse. I strongly recommend avoiding Austin Telco. There are way too many better options out there.
We have been members for many years. This particular office has been outstanding. They are knowledgeable and respectful. We do all our business with them and have always been very satisfied
