Slow and difficult to deal with. I was also profiled for having an out of state ID which they stupidly told me as if that made it ok!!!!! Even though I have an account with them AND USED THE SAME ID TO OPEN IT at another branch! They made me wait for 20 minutes to get MY OWN MONEY! My groceries in the car were mostly melted. Do better clowns. You have a lot of work to do.
The office hours have made it essentially impossible to take care of in person problems. I mobile deposited a check with them and they shorted me by $200. I have been calling trying to get it fixed but they are never open when normal people get off work. It is extremely frustrating. Their account management processes are a joke too. My husband and I both bank with telco and had our accounts linked together. I have done my banking with Austin Telco for almost twenty years and the staff has always been the most helpful and kind group of people I have worked with in the financial field. I am grateful to have had such an experience.
