I've been banking with Telco since the 90s. I took a brief break from day to day banking with them about 10 years ago because there were no nearby locations, but they're growing, plus I can get free cash at any credit union ATM -- not just telco. They have a decent mobile app now; you can deposit checks and pay bills from it, which is cool. Also there are truly no fees for having accounts, etc. That's what I love most about credit unions; they're the anti-banks.

The staff is always friendly here. They also never hesitate to answer questions or help me when I'm stuck in a time crunch (lunch break)!

Archaic. They try, bless 'em, but are still stuck a few decades in the Good Ol' Fashioned daze. Everything is a retrofit over aged ideas and ways of doing things. No one is unfriendly at their counters, however, just burdened.

So i had personal and business accounts with Austin Telco, but then they recently did their system "upgrade." Wanna guess what happened? The business accounts no longer appear!! So really a downgrade not an upgrade. After 20 minutes the customer lack of service agent let me know that you have to log in SEPERATELY to access your business accounts!! Really!! I'm not one to post reviews. I think people should make their own decisions, however, this one is substantial. I lost my debit card on Friday- first time in my life to do that. We had a winter storm but temps were well above freezing. Around 1pm, I called the hotline to cancel my card. A heavily accented young man apologized for my loss and helped me cancel my card. -0 stars. Worst bank I've banked with. Someone stole my money. Proof and all. They had the nerve to say it was me. They stole $400 and they denied my claim. Crooks!! I've been with them for years. Not anymore.
