I applied for a home equity loan and the process is not easy especially when you’re simply shopping around and figuring out rates and approval odds. Be advised that you need to open up an account for $25 and, submit several documents upfront to simply get a quote. I love this bank so much! I’ve been with them for four years now and the service is amazing.
Young girl at drive-thru with long hair has terrible customer service, rude. A good dose of customer service training is definitely in store for her. Time to revamp that location with people that actually smile and dont hate their jobs
