I went in intending to open an account, and everything was fine until I stepped out briefly to withdraw cash, which I only did because I was trying to meet their requirements. When I returned just minutes later, I was told I couldn’t be helped, even though I had just been inside because they were now closed. What bank is closed on weekends and makes it inaccessible to get bank services for those who work 9-5? Well Austin Telco is closed on weekends, and has hours from 9-4.
Austin Telco - 7501 E Hwy 290, Austin, TX 78723. How can this locations drive-thru consistently be the worst? Three times the drive-thru has taken over 15 minutes just to make a deposit. They are not going to change - I am.
Terrible service from a supervisor. Where do I begin, I was setting up a direct deposit for my job and apparently the account I was trying to get it deposited in was closed. I had been speaking with multiple reps in regards to why my deposit hadn't posted yet and no one with Austin Telco could let me know why. Very nice bank tellers... I love that this bank it is always very calm, the customer service it is, the best I ever find in any financial institution. The only bad thing that I see, it is the schedule they close extremely early, and every time I need to go to the bank in person I have to leave very early from my job. Other than that, so far so good...
