Just went to try and open an account and the "manager" Ivan was so rude to me. I was trying to open an account and had started the process online and only needed to fund the account because the online system was not working. The staff is unorganized and had to reach out to the main branch bc they had no idea what to do. I funded the account with and received an email from austin telco saying they received it but they couldn't see it on their end. I went in intending to open an account, and everything was fine until I stepped out briefly to withdraw cash, which I only did because I was trying to meet their requirements. When I returned just minutes later, I was told I couldn’t be helped, even though I had just been inside because they were now closed. The branch manager specifically told me if I went ahead to the ATM she’d let me back in to open my account. I asked her twice if she was sure.
