Workers are unprofessional and give you attitude. It may not be this branch but idk which one is calling me. When I got my auto loan I should of looked at the reviews of this company. Beware when using this company.

I went in intending to open an account, and everything was fine until I stepped out briefly to withdraw cash, which I only did because I was trying to meet their requirements. When I returned just minutes later, I was told I couldn’t be helped, even though I had just been inside because they were now closed. The branch manager specifically told me if I went ahead to the ATM she’d let me back in to open my account. I asked her twice if she was sure. What bank is closed on weekends and makes it inaccessible to get bank services for those who work 9-5? Well Austin Telco is closed on weekends, and has hours from 9-4.

Austin Telco - 7501 E Hwy 290, Austin, TX 78723. How can this locations drive-thru consistently be the worst? Three times the drive-thru has taken over 15 minutes just to make a deposit. They are not going to change - I am.
