Extremely happy with my experience here. I had an on unusual situation on my hands, and needed to open a simple checking and savings account. After having a pretty bad experience down the road at Frost Bank, I walked in here with not much hope. Today, I walked into this bank to open a new account. It wasn’t busy at all — the place was practically empty. I was acknowledged twice, told to take a seat, and then… nothing. I sat there and watched as time went by, feeling invisible. It’s hard not to wonder if the color of my skin had something to do with it. I'm about to close my account with this bank tell me why I called in during the week day & the young man tells me you have to come in to update your phone number I call the next day a young lady says sure I told her my situation she updated my phone number through the phone I had lost my second phone I was able to get online & on my app today is 12/30/24 for a few seconds now tell me Why I can't get on both this happened right after they closed at 4pm. And I thought Bank of America was bad! This bank truly does not care about its customers. It's screwed me royally twice and I'm not going to wait around a 3rd time. I use it to pay my employees then suddenly they have a daily $ limit per day with no warning. Then the account I've had set up for eight years with quickbooks, suddenly ATFCU did not "recognize" my account because the 1800 wasn't in front of the account. Austin telco is great, it’s just this location that sucks. ATM is usually either empty or out of order with no signage. And the workers here are pretty rude, I thought this was Austin telco not Bank of America??
