I came in right before closing and still had a great experience. Bre was friendly and quick with helping me close my old account and set up a new one. Nicholas Hernandez was professional, informative, and made the whole process easy to understand. Highly recommend visiting this branch!
Do not accept checks from this bank! They will not cash them. The teller told me to go back to their member and asked for cash! Yes, I had 2 forms of identification. They would not cash my $100 check or even verify funds on it. Will not be accepting checks from this bank ever again
Overall I’ve had a positive experience with his bank of it banking with him for several years my wife and son have an account with them too, they’re not 100% perfect but compared to Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo etc. It’s a much better experience. Credit unions are non profit so that’s plus for me as well.
Opened an account for handicapped wife and self. Office used wasn't big enough for her wheelchair. 1. They got my email wrong 2. They got my SSN wrong 3. I couldn't get my initial $1000 deposit back for nine business days. Never mentioned that when we signed up. 4. They didn't explain the BASE ACCOUNT # is the checking account number less the first 3 digits. Without that number you can't get your balance on the computer. 5.
