I went in to reactivate an account and Juliet immediately greeted me and was polite and cheerful. She shredded my old debit card while I watched to insure my information was not compromised. She provided all the information I needed to reconnect and login to my account.
Better move to other bank. They don't give any respect and customers service. They don't explain nothing, but they will took money. Worste behavior. Careful about your move.

The people here are so horrible! Especially the blonde supervisor. She was like happy about refusing to cash a check for me or even deposit it with out a five day hold on the check. She didn’t care that I’ve had an account there for five years. Was rude from the second I walked in. After taking a day to think about it, I’m leaving this bank. That woman is horrible and I can’t believe anyone would make her a supervisor with how she’s treats people. She’s aweful.
I had an issue come up with my account and reached out to the main number for Austin Telco and spoke with a young lady who was not very friendly and uninterested in helping me with my issue. I asked for Supervisor and was sent to a girl named Kim I think. I have never heard someone say "like" after every word so much in my life. She was even less helpful and had a bit of an attitude.
