This is by far the best ATFCU branch I’ve ever been to. The staff is so wonderful and tentative to everything you need. I had a small issue with banking online and I went in and was helped immediately. Every single person that works there is friendly and eager to help all the customers that came in while I was there. If I could give more than five stars, I would. 10/10!
The branch manager, Nancy helped me get my new account set up while also answering any questions I had. The location is also very clean and organized.
Rude, Disrespectful Very Unprofessional Staff Don't Know Anything About Customer Service. Have The Nerve To Insult Individuals Who Are Not Doing Any Harm Or Anything Who Are Giving Them Business Making Individuals Drive All The Way From Dallas, TX to Take Care Of Something That Can Be Done Online Or Over The Phone Absolutely Ridiculous!!!! They Need To Shut Down!!! Bad Business 👎
The branch Manager Nancy, answered all my questions and helped understand the newer app with patience and diligence.
This credit union is so behind technology wise. The app doesn’t allow wire transfers to outside banking, you cannot order a new card online you have to go in person to do it. I should be able to order a new debit card online & view the card details online it’s 2024. Not to mention they changed their policy without notifying me and my husband and moved the money for us without asking or telling us. When we opened the account we had to have $20 in our savings and we went to close it they stated the policy changed to only $5 no... read more
