nancy at the San Marcos location is abso AMAZING. she helped my mother that had her account hacked and almost wiped out due to fraud! Nancy stepped in and restored her trust in banking and took care of her right away and set up all new accounts for her. Thank you Nancy your amazing we just love you and your professional care about your clients!

This has to be the worst bank ever! What ever you do, do not open an account here unless you never want access to your money. I wish I could give them zero stars. Current situation, I was issued a bank card that doesn't work. No one available to help on the weekends. Now I'm told to take time out of my work day to fix THEIR mistake. Avoid avoid avoid!!
