I do not recommend Austin Telco, their hours are limited. When you need them they aren’t available. You call when they open and you get “the switchboard is closed.” Super annoying! That’s just the tip of all the big reasons not to bank with them. Nearly 6 years with them and I’ve had enough.
Applied for an auto loan through this bank, they told me i was accepted for the loan. When i brought the purchase information for the vehicle they informed me that i was no longer able to get the loan. In that case they lied to me and wasted alot of my time and money. I will not be doing buisness with this bank anymore, do not waste your time here.
Referred a friend to this bank for a loan. They submited 4 applications for a loan... Only gave us half then they realized they mesed up and fixed it in a not so amazingly and friendly manner. Last time I refer someone to this bank.
Yes Connie is the greatest...very friendly..easy to talk to.. and understanding....miss my morning coffee.
