I have personally banked with many different banking institutions and atfcu is hands down the best I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Just this morning someone tried to fraudulently use my card info and was immediately blocked from being able to do so thanks to the lovely people at atfcu. I didn't lose a penny. Thank you all so very much for your hard work at keeping our money secure. Cant say enough good things especially just before Christmas.

I've been a member of ATCFU for about 15 months now and this is hands down the best location I have been to. While I really hate how inconvenient their hours are when compared to other banks /credit unions, the staff at this location is the reason we have stayed customers. I have been banking at this location for 7 months and in that time I have only ever been inside the lobby once to get a replacement debit card. I have done business with AT in Austin for 18 years Never had a problem. I moved to Taylor and went through the drive thru. There were 3 cars and it took 25 minutes. The guy in front of me even finally left! Got to the window and the woman was rude and a know-it-all. Very disappointed with this branch. I will not be going there again.

The staff there is nice but no one there ever knows what going on. The store hours are inconvenient and there after hours customer support is horrible. The people there are friendly and will try to help you but due to lack of training I have never received satisfactory service. They have also gave out my personal information numerous times to non account holders which is unacceptable.
