I don’t often do reviews but was motivated to do so this morning after seeing the bogus review below. Love this credit union. They have a complete line of banking products, all extremely competitive relative to other CUs and banks. Their online system and credit card services are good. NOT AN ACCOUNT HOLDER, BUT... I just want to commend Austin-Telco for going above and beyond for me. My father passed away in February and unfortunately had no one listed as a beneficiary on his account. Starting from the morning of his passing all the way up until today, the staff went above and beyond the norm in terms of customer service. Worst credit union EVER. they open late and close early, no available card services after hours, weekends nor holidays so if you have issues with your cards/account you have to wait until late Mon. Morning. No access to your own money either, you have to call to make any changes to your account/transactions. I would not recommend it. Deposited Checks have a 3-5 day hold policy, longer if you deposit on Tuesday-Friday. But if you invest with them , they take that money that same minute.

This bank judged me based on my looks. I lost everything after my apartment flooded in the winter storm. Lucky my renters insurance company moved quicky on getting me paid but this bank decided to hold my money for an entire week. Sign in the window says 2 days.
