The staff here is very warm and lovely and are very knowledgeable. Shannon was very helpful and really took the time to make sure that I was satisfied with my visit. Jacob too was very welcoming. I highly recommend getting your banking needs here, it's unlike any other big banks.

This branch has extremely poor customer service. Every time I’ve come to drop off a deposit, through the drive-through or inside, there’s always been some issue. The staff are really unfriendly and service is very, very slow. Really recommend banking somewhere else if you can.

I'm not sure why, but this branch is extremely slow. of all the years I've been a member, I've never experienced a branch that consistently moves so slow. Maybe processes should be reviewed to determine what causes such a delay.

I was looking to buy a new vehicle and wanted to finance it through Austin Telco Federal Credit Union. I got pre-approved by ATFCU for an auto loan and started shopping. After a few weeks, I found a truck located at a dealer in San Antonio that had everything I wanted and it was within my budget. The loan officer at ATFCU drafted paperwork for me and the dealer to sign. I planned on asking the dealer to lessen the asking price of the truck and hoped to get more money for the vehicle I was trading in which was 100% paid off. ... read more
