The staff here is rude and unfriendly. Terrible, terrible customer service, especially from Summer. She talks very loud, announcing all of your banking business to the entire bank, as if she's on a loud speaker. I opened my account and closed it 2 days later. I went somewhere else who provided the professionalism expected while your privacy matters. The staff here is very warm and lovely and are very knowledgeable. Shannon was very helpful and really took the time to make sure that I was satisfied with my visit. Jacob too was very welcoming. I highly recommend getting your banking needs here, it's unlike any other big banks.

This branch has extremely poor customer service. Every time I’ve come to drop off a deposit, through the drive-through or inside, there’s always been some issue. The staff are really unfriendly and service is very, very slow. Really recommend banking somewhere else if you can.

I'm not sure why, but this branch is extremely slow. of all the years I've been a member, I've never experienced a branch that consistently moves so slow. Maybe processes should be reviewed to determine what causes such a delay.
