Been a customer for over 20 years and have noticed a BIG drop in customer service the last couple times I have requested assistance / information. Hard to get information or help. Not sure what's going on. But, am about to move to Randolph Brooks if things don'y get better.
I've seen complaints about their hours. They changed a lot during pandemic and I think they are finding the new normal. I literally just had new officers for a booster be able to complete paperwork quickly via the drive through because not everyone can get there by 3:30. They said "easy peasy". I have 6 accounts with them and they are my highly recommended go-to. I use the Lakeline branch in Cedar Park. Awesome staff here they alway ready to be helpful and get unserved this the best bank branch ever between all of them this is the best one ever. Even when bank was closed they opened the doors to serve me and my coworker I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BANK 100% the BEST EVER
I have been banking with them since the 80s. They are like family at this point and they worked with me thru some illegal charges and have always had my back. Very pleased with their customer service. You can always expect the best.
I recently started banking with TelCo and I have to say that they are so much more customer centric than my other credit union.. they will work with you and never a frustrating visit like UHCU! Wups!
Feeling super lazy and not wanting to walk into the lobby, like I normally do, I chose the drive-thru to make a withdrawal. Waiting in my car for the withdrawal to be complete, teller 1722 politely came over the speaker and asked that I take my sunglasses off so she could ensure it was indeed me, making the withdrawal. Would have been 4 stars, but my experience at the Bastrop location to finalize auto loan took about 2 hours for completion (paperwork related to a fairly new employee). Other than that, I received excellent care at this location. Everyone was super nice, including the loan officer that spoke to me and had my loan approved in less than 15 minutes. They've been pretty great! When i report fraud they are fairly fast about it. Document everything. I get a new card right then and there. And there is never really a line or anything to get help. EVERY employee I've been helped by at several locations has been great! Definantly reccomend this place to anyone!
I have been a member since 1988. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars is due to their main branch. Good luck with the phone operator when you call the main number. My advise is to stay with the branch and get their business card should you need to contact them. I do everything online & on my cell phone.
