I can't say enough nice things about my auto loan officer Kimberly Welch. From the beginning she was very understanding and worked with me. For about a month we continued communication until I was able to find my vehicle. Thank you Kim for being extremely helpful. I would highly recommend her.

This trash credit union allowed someone to steal my identity and cash my Tac Refund Check and then won’t take my phone calls to clean it up. It’s probably an inside job. Do not use this trash organization

I went in on (5/6) to cash a check, I took more than 15 minutes inside that empty lobby because out of all 3 employees I definitely choose the worst one… I won’t deny that the young lady was really nice and polite but she didn’t know what she was doing. She kept asking Mrs. A for help and at the end Mrs. A did everything because the young lady that was initially helping was very confused as to what she was doing. I’ve been a member for near 30 years and I can’t get a freaking answer to why they decline my card for $60. Not the first time they have been extremely unhelpful or rude. Done with them

Awful customer And extremely incompetent staff. God help whoever chooss to use this as their bank. They do not care and they will not help you.
