Huge shout out to Bonnie and Ace! My mom and I needed to make changes to my dad's bank account but we didn't know where to start. Bonnie answered the phone last week, 1 minute before she was set to go home for the day. She answered all of my questions and gave me step-by-step details in regards to the information we would need to present to the manager when we arrived at the drive-thru. They are very nice but their hours are horrendous. The inside closes at 4pm on Friday yet most people don't get off work until 5
