Don't waste your time. I waited a year for services for my son. Then, they attempted to convince me to schedule more hours than he was authorized by his insurance. Upon request, they reduced it by one day. I requested only three days per week due to our schedule and insurance and they referred out because their employee needed to have a "livable wage". Don't get me wrong, I agree the employee should have a livable wage, but this company's recommendations are not clinical, they are financial. They are trying to exploit fam... read more
The center director at the flowery branch location along with all the crew on my child's team have been so supportive in the past year. My child had made such an incredible improvement. I cant thank ALP enough. Thank you Alexia, Andrea, & Jessica ❤️ 🙏
They were not interested in working with my schedule. Seemed as if they were all about financial. The clinical manager made me very uncomfortable and had poor communication skills, i had wondered if she was high or on some kind of drug. I definitely felt off about this place and would not recommend!
Awful. We were supposed to have a new therapist start yesterday, but they never showed up yesterday or today. No call/text/email from anyone. This is the second time this has happened to us. Very disrespectful of families time and schedule. One star (so that I can publish this review).
