We had been trying to work with the clients service coordinator Cynthia Bonilla to find a schedule that fits our family’s needs, but we did not feel that our availability and circumstances are being adequately considered. the techs that worked with my son were amazing!! my group was great everyone that worked with my son did such an amazing job! now the billing department omg a bunch of incompetent bunch of individual, i kept getting bullied in regards to “my sons” insurance that wasn’t really my sons insurance they kept picking up another individual with the same name as my sons insurances.. never checked date of birth or other information to make sure they had the correct person i fought and fought with them over the span of a year or more,... read more
The BTs are really kind and work hard with my little guy. They really work hard to help me out in difficult situations. 6 hours is pretty hard on him but they really are helping him grow. I am thankful for tools they give us in our learning experience.
I'm frustrated with the lack of consideration for client availability. It seems like the company's priority is getting as many hours approved by insurance as possible, instead of working around what actually fits the client's schedule.
