The BTs are really kind and work hard with my little guy. They really work hard to help me out in difficult situations. 6 hours is pretty hard on him but they really are helping him grow. I am thankful for tools they give us in our learning experience.
I'm frustrated with the lack of consideration for client availability. It seems like the company's priority is getting as many hours approved by insurance as possible, instead of working around what actually fits the client's schedule.
ALP unfairly and arbitrarily terminated my autistic child's services. My 6 year old son was terminated from ALP-Autism Learning Partner because Kelly Kalomiris said that I his father violated the agreement. Kelly K is totally wrong. Kelly asked us to bring our son to the center after years of receiving services at home. I brought my son to the center twice. If you are okay with them letting your kid play in the street while they play on their phone during sessions, look no further! If you are okay with the technician not showing up half the time, then this is the place for you! Want to feel like they are looking for every reason to terminate the contract? Sign right up.
