complete scam wasted my time for four months to get my son services from this company. They did not at all contact me about anything in regards to my son getting services from this company after his full evaluation which wasted a lot of my time from work and his time from school I do not recommend following through this company. Please do your research before you waste your time waste your insurance time and waste your family time
I am sorry to have to rate this place with a one star as we never even got to start services for the 5 months we have been trying to. When I originally tried getting services in January I was told a month out for in home services. Went two months without hearing back from anyone and then was told the person didnt work for ALP anymore and that someone else would be contacting us. Wow. This company has been weird to deal with from the start, but there's not a ton of options for center-based therapies on the east side. So, we did a tour and went through the whole intake process for them to call and tell me "Oh, actually, we're at capacity." Um, we were already going to be on a waiting list, so what does that even mean? It was clearly a lie and there was something else going on but I have no idea what. Jose wont answer any questions about the services before making sure you can be billed and wants you to release all your kids info before he will even give you the time of day. Unbelievable that you cant inquire about anything before jumping into inviting people into your home and to work with your children. I think Jose is the only person that works here to and he's pretty rude and treats you like you're stupid for even wanting to ask a question. Real nice...
Giving 1 star because i cant give 0 stars. Awful communication. Didnt explain anything. Didnt listen to anything I said about my child. Set unrealistic expectations. I could go on, please dont waste your time like i did!
