This agency is horrible! I have called over five times to inquire about diagnostic services only to be sent to the same voicemail box of someone named Nyla whose mailbox is full...AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My experience in this office was not the best. The BTs who worked with my children had no experience whatsoever; they just sat around looking at their phones. It was 10 months wasted and thrown away.
