I signed up with ALP in February and within 3 weeks they had my son schedule and was ready for him to start which was fantastic since all the other 5 places I've called had a waitlist to even get evaluated. All the therapist there are wonderful. I have worked with Dani, Celi, Destiny and Harolin whom have been fantastic!!!! Virginia who is usually at the front desk is super sweet. do not waste your time. they don't care for you or your kid or the trouble you go through to finally get in their schedule which takes months. they are very irresponsible and cancel on you and ask you to pick up the kid BC of their "policy" "green boogers" or whatever excuse they come up with and also have a record on how many times you are late and then cancel your contract even though your timing did get better but they don't care ITS THE POINT. Very thorough. Include me in every step of compiling a plan for my son, and in implementation. Very fast response time, usually in hours. All staff, RBTs, BCBAs, Clinical Director, are all very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and care greatly about my son. Treatment Plan is adjusted for any situations that may arise, such as my son's sudden affinity for hitting his head on everything.
