do not waste your time. they don't care for you or your kid or the trouble you go through to finally get in their schedule which takes months. they are very irresponsible and cancel on you and ask you to pick up the kid BC of their "policy" "green boogers" or whatever excuse they come up with and also have a record on how many times you are late and then cancel your contract even though your timing did get better but they don't care ITS THE POINT. If you begin your ABA journey with this company, know that you will be waiting for months to begin. There are other ABA centers that have a much quicker response and that are on top of their clients paperwork.
Very thorough. Include me in every step of compiling a plan for my son, and in implementation. Very fast response time, usually in hours. All staff, RBTs, BCBAs, Clinical Director, are all very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and care greatly about my son. Treatment Plan is adjusted for any situations that may arise, such as my son's sudden affinity for hitting his head on everything.
