This apartment is a scam! Please be aware. Admin fee is non-refundable even if the problem is on their end. I was approved for the apartment but was not able to tour the exact apartment. They never answer the phone, you have to constantly email them for updates. I tour a model home and was promise that my apartment that I am assign to look just like the model. There is no microwave, stove is very very old as well as refrigerator, all for $1327(fee included, which is not what they tell you when you first get there). They are ... read more

Pipes busted no one has yet too call and resolve the issues still currently no water in my apartment called numerous times i would never rent through these people ever again especially when i’m done with them they are horrible and non professional

Absolute worst renting experience I've ever had. Never even fully moved in because my mom and I were verbally sexually harassed by male tenants that were hanging out at the pool while I was trying to move in. Local management tells you that you have to go through corporate for lease disputes but corporate never returns your calls or emails. My "newly renovated" unit had countless issues. This place is disgusting…they patch things…right now there is trash every where…broken glass all in the parking spaces…I’m convinced they don’t even have maintenance…I transferred to another unit n have been waiting two months for a mailbox key…as soon as the opportunity presents itself I’m moving!!! It’s liking living in a govt subsidized apt. People hanging out all night smoking weed…SMH…
