I was admitted first week of May after shattering my knee. Now I understand how people go to a nursing home for a knee injury and either lose their leg or die. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. - [ ] Toilet bad handrails after having to hop on one foot pass the ruts in the floor, I had to try to lean backwards and lower myself onto a standard height toilet and hope I didn't fall. I am Mrs. BLOUGHS Sister Tina Linn. Our mom has been at this most horrible place for 3 weeks. I live in Spokane and call her often my mom always puts phone on speaker. Please know I have reported your facility to Aps. While I was on the phone one evening at 8:30 at night I could not believe how loud the hallways were and then I heard a Chain saw. I am not kidding. I went to this place the place is so nasty is disgusting and the smells inside th building. Tge people walking around there the're so rude its a banch of drung addic
My mother has been there for 3 weeks has been served cold food. Shot dog and fries one night for dinner which again was cold. Have been there when food was served and jail food is better than the food they serve their residents. Her bedding has not been changed in the entire she has been there and the manager of the facility acted like she knew I was upset but had no intention of doing anything as o was there for an hour and nothing . I want my moved to a facility that cares and is clean. Insanity
