This apartment complex is extremely dishonest. They kept my security deposit for 8 months and still haven’t returned it. Every time I try to contact them, they either lie, give fake phone numbers or email addresses, or send me in circles with empty promises. Getting a straight answer from them is nearly impossible. It feels like they intentionally waste your time so they can keep your money. If you care about getting your deposit back, avoid this place. Absolutely the worst place I've ever lived. See my review of Gorman, the company that owns em, while they spread their philosophy of horrorshow housing management. Low income,, and young people deserve so much better, but Gor'valon ensures that they won't get it. .01 stars out of 100.
Giving no stars if I could recommend don’t move here it’s Horrible maintenance is horrible property management is horrible they don’t do anything if they do it’s on there time and it can be days later to be done. It is 90 degrees outside. The timer for the water sprinkler is set to 30 seconds and comes on every 15-20 minutes. Not acceptable
