Just stay to yourself and no trouble will find ya. Takes a while for anything to be repaired we are talking up to a yr or more depending on severity. If it's severe it'll take longer.
We just rented a home here!! We are absolutely so excited. The community is absolutely quiet and family friendly. Everyone is nice and kind. The manager was very welcoming and so sweet and answered all of our questions and concerns. Mrs Peggy seam like a very caring person. We can not wait to start moving stuff in tomorrow. We filled the application in one afternoon and the next day We got approved very fast response. Also mrs Peggy is always quick to get back to me! Looking forward to living here.
Lived here for a few years now, never had an issue with anyone so long as you follow the rules and pay your rent on time. And anytime I’ve had an issue I’ve always been able to reach out to the manager Peggy and get it fixed usually right away. Love living here and don’t plan to move anytime soon!
I was very interested in moving into the Avalon trailer park it is a nice park very clean best I've seen in a while but it's only one problem the manager Peggy she has caused a lot of issues there in that Park people are beginning to move getting low ratings because this manager seems to go at things the wrong way instead of trying to do things the right way so that has caused me to not rent a mobile home there and I would encourage others not to make that mistake either until they get a very understanding manager with peopl... read more
The property manager is very accommodating and helpful in anything you need. She is always on her job and makes sure any and all matters that need attention are addressed. She tries to manage any disputes and asks the tenants at all times to adhere to the park policies. She walks the park and talks with the tenants and checks in on any who are ill.
