It’s okay staying over here, my only problem is people parking on the side of the road and you can’t get by! It has calm down a lot thank god and I would be happy once the gates start working!
It's a trailer park. Keep your grass cut and pay your rent. Nice pool. Indoor mail room with cameras. On-site Maintenance Office will do what the can to accommodate you. Family friendly
My daughter lived here almost 2 years. It started out fine, but over time has become unsafe. The property was sold after she moved in, and this was when it started going down hill. My daughter was approached, and asked if she wanted to do drugs with another resident. Her car was broken into, items were stolen, police report was filed. Mrs. Ebony is fantastic! I spent months looking for a place to live in auburn as I was relocating for work. She let me know about potential upcoming availability way in advance! She was very helpful during my application process. I've been renting for many years but this is the first place I've ended up at where I feel good about it, because of the management. The park is clean, and peaceful as well. If you are looking for cheaper but decent living in auburn definitely look into this place.
My son moved out over three months ago, and the security deposit has still not been returned. When someone does happen to answer the phone there, they are unable to provide any information about the deposit. They say someone will return my call, but they never do. I have emailed, but no one has responded. We had several other issues there. My son’s vehicle was broken into. He received an eviction notice in the spring.
