This company was supposed to manage my ads by optimizing them monthly. Upon review I saw that weren’t touched for months at a time. When I’d ask them to make a change on ad spend they would simply log in, adjust ad spend, then log back out without making any additional changes. So I was basically paying them $6,600 per month for nothing.
