Dr. Rick was the best. His replacement on the other hand may not be. I had root canal almost 2 weeks ago, and I felt pain throughout the whole experience. My gums were cut up so badly, I couldn’t stop bleeding at the end. Here it is almost 2 weeks later and the tooth is still sore.
A big thank you to all staff for arranging a last minute appointment for my adult son with autism. It was his first visit and we treated respectfully and kindness. It’s very hard finding accommodating services for those with special needs. I am beyond impressed with your service.
Had a fantastic experience and happy to be a new client of Avenue Dental. As someone who has been delaying getting routine cleanings for a long time, the team were helpful and gentle in their care plan for me.
I think I waited less than 2 minutes. The staff are very friendly and professional. The place is clean. Heather cleaned my teeth - she has a fantastic sense of humour and put me at ease right away while also being very honest and explained everything as she went. Entertaining while educating. A dental rock star I think. Really a superior dental experience. It would be a 5 star review except their parking situation is a bit crappy.
The lack of transparency from this clinic is very concerning. They do not have your best interest at heart and are not forthcoming when it comes to your treatment options nor do they provide clarity with what is being charged to you. Always a surprise, and never to your benefit. They knowingly try to manipulate your situation so they benefit, financially. Very disappointing.
