I have gone here to specifically see my Dr. And she is so good that it's hard to get an appointment with her at the Lincoln Heights office. So I can go out to this location and get a slot far faster than at L.H. And today after waiting for appointment to come I almost missed it. Thankfully we turned it into a phone appointment. And we covered so much of what we would have in person. But the ability to switch modes so easily was impressive.

EDIT: I called the number listed in the reply. It is the general office number, which I have already called and spoken to multiple departments. This is an empty response, only generated to affect ratings. My doctor at this location is fantastic. Dealing with the operations at the offices are far less so. I needed help with a referral, as a result of a miscommunication at a specialists office. I had a pleasant visit ! Lobby area was very fresh and clean ! I was greeted and helped very quickly and the receptionists were very polite and helpful 🙌🏽 -I was at the el Sereno location . I actually have been to all sister clinics and am very pleased over all !

My own experiences with Arroyo Vista have been great. I've been a patient for years and I have been treated very well. They're very efficient and very helpful.

All I can say is they need to do something with there phone system is really BAD and some of the receptionist need customer service training ASAP other then that NURSES and DOCTORS I seen are good specialy Dr. Y. And his Nurse Veronica. Also I very impressed with how Clean the Valley clinic is..
