I have gone here to specifically see my Dr. And she is so good that it's hard to get an appointment with her at the Lincoln Heights office. So I can go out to this location and get a slot far faster than at L.H. And today after waiting for appointment to come I almost missed it. Thankfully we turned it into a phone appointment. And we covered so much of what we would have in person. But the ability to switch modes so easily was impressive.
All I can say is they need to do something with there phone system is really BAD and some of the receptionist need customer service training ASAP other then that NURSES and DOCTORS I seen are good specialy Dr. Y. And his Nurse Veronica. Also I very impressed with how Clean the Valley clinic is..
Every body was amazing except nurse practitioner SHERRY LAM she was arguing with me during the visit and treat me bad as a client the answer she gave me were rude
a passive aggressive nurse simply because I defended myself just because I said the doctor never returned my calls or voicemail not even once after 6 months of me returning there, and that same female doctor was horrible and rude while waiting for her in the room, handed me a paper, opened the door and left.
Emergency Operator is very rude and hung up on me. Was bothered by a single question, didn’t want to give me proper help. A person working as an operator should have a little patience! That clinic should look into hiring responsible and professional people.
