I recently had a rental in this facility with a terrible experience. Termites damaged some of the furniture, calls made about it and they sprayed but no sorry or offered to pay for damage, rat poop all over the unit and atop all furniture, leaks in ceiling with a tar residue damaging a couple of pieces beyond repair, When door opened to unit a huge cloud of dust came out of it. Faye was so very friendly, really helped in time of need. Also really made it a point to know her customers personally and take care of them. Choose Avid!
My experience here was the best. I could have went anywhere but I chose move it storage. When I went in the front office I met a lady by the name of Faye she had a welcoming smile. She was the nicest person I’ve ever met. She explained my fees and contract and made sure that I understood. Super clean office. Faye customer service was outstanding! Thanks for all your help 😊
