Upon driving up to the Avid storage facility on Ayers, I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean, on the outside as inside the office. When I walked in I was greeted by Mrs. Lisa, the property Manager. She Is Truly The Best! She was very prompt & so friendly…. with a beautiful smile & a wonderful sense of humor! She asked me which size (more or less) I would be needing and gladly took me around the property to show me 3 different size units, in both non-climate & climate controlled. I found the office to be tidy and organized. The Ayers location was ideal and central to suit our needs. The property manager was polite and very professional. I was even allowed to view an empty unit before leasing. Highly recommended if looking for long-term storage.
