My husband and I came to get some stuff out of storage and came to see a gentleman stuck inside the gate and his family trying to get him out. They put in their code, it didn’t work. We put in our code, it didn’t work. Multiple people who were in the same place we are in, put in their codes too and it didn’t not work. Stephanie is absolutely awesome. I was helping my dad clean out his unit all day and checked on us several times and offering water. She has a great personality and attitude.
Everyone very helpful and very easy to work with, did everything they could to provide the best service and this company is one of the most affordable storage units in the area highly recommend to anyone looking give them a shot
Stephanie is Extremely helpful we moved 5hrs away and ran in to financial hardship after a year since we moved, she worked with us to find a way to settle our balance and plan the trip to recover our belongings. Being that our entire life is in that unit and being so far eases our mind to know she cares enough to help us and our things our cared for as well.
My boyfriend and I got a unit last year and these past few months we have had some hardships that set us behind Stephanie helped us stay up to date with our options and living 5 hours away, deemed difficult to just clear it out so she went above and beyond to help us settle our balance and worked with us for our move out. Best part of West Texas as far as I'm concerned. Thank you Stephanie.
