I rented a storage unit while out of state, previously managed by Extra Space Storage. Overall, I've had a great experience! The units are spotless, with no pests or trash in sight. However, I was surprised by a significant price increase on my monthly fee without notice, which is a bit steep at around $300. Still, the customer service has always been friendly and helpful. Despite the price jump, I would definitely recommend this storage facility for its cleanliness and excellent service!
Stephanie was a great help with a situation that we were dealing with (payment issue) she immediately got to the bottom of it and resolve the issue. She was quick and effective in making sure that our issue was resolved!! Her concern was swift and kind. and. She had a great attitude!!! Thank you !!!
Miss Stephanie is to awesome! I’ve had a couple units with these past couple of years and every time I walk in the door she’s welcoming and always smiling. She lays it all out and is honest and upfront. She cares about her customers and that’s why I keep coming back. Everything is laid out so there’s no question later on. Awesome awesome!
My husband and I came to get some stuff out of storage and came to see a gentleman stuck inside the gate and his family trying to get him out. They put in their code, it didn’t work. We put in our code, it didn’t work. Multiple people who were in the same place we are in, put in their codes too and it didn’t not work. My first time renting a storage unit 8-4-25 and I have to say the staff here is amazing, super friendly, made my experience wonderful, and answered all my questions. The staff made the process really easy, this location is well maintained. No complaints what so ever. Thank you both for your help and getting me all settled in with my storage needs.
