5-star experience! We walked in unsure of what we needed, but Stephany's expertise and friendly demeanor guided us through the process seamlessly. Her customer service skills are top-notch - incredibly kind and helpful. The office atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommend!
My husband and I came to get some stuff out of storage and came to see a gentleman stuck inside the gate and his family trying to get him out. They put in their code, it didn’t work. We put in our code, it didn’t work. Multiple people who were in the same place we are in, put in their codes too and it didn’t not work. Miss Stephanie is to awesome! I’ve had a couple units with these past couple of years and every time I walk in the door she’s welcoming and always smiling. She lays it all out and is honest and upfront. She cares about her customers and that’s why I keep coming back. Everything is laid out so there’s no question later on. Awesome awesome!
