I’ve had a really good experience with Avid Storage in Pembroke Pines. Jessy at the front desk has always been super helpful and attentive anytime I’ve needed anything. He’s friendly, professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about helping people out. You can tell he takes pride in his job and treats customers with respect. Jess & Justin were super helpful to my mom yesterday when she came to visit the facility. Then again, today when we went to confirm the unit. Thank you for taking your time with us, and giving us a thorough walk through so that we could make an educated decision.
Yes I've been at the storage unit for several months now. I would definitely refer it to other people I know my stuff is safe there it's located in a good area and the manager AJ that runs the facility is a very hard-working man I've seen him go above and beyond to help l. And when it comes to helping the elderly he goes an extra mileif there's a problem you know u can go to him and he will do everything he can about it
The staff is helpful on site but hard to get them on the phone. My unit was flooded with about 3 inches of water in the back of the unit. I lost over 10k worth of electronics, furniture, and collectable inventory. I was low on funds and only paid for 3k worth of insurance. They still haven't approved my claim.
Great experience with Avid Storage! The facility was clean and easy to use, and the move-out process was smooth. Big thanks to Jessie (hope I got the spelling right)—he was professional, helpful, and made everything quick and stress-free. Really appreciated the support!
