I’ve had a really good experience with Avid Storage in Pembroke Pines. Jessy at the front desk has always been super helpful and attentive anytime I’ve needed anything. He’s friendly, professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about helping people out. You can tell he takes pride in his job and treats customers with respect. Made a reservation this morning, went to the office to settle things and it was a breeze. Jesse was beyond helpful, showed us the unit and explained the details of the rental. Great customer service, highly recommended ✌🏼
Yes I've been at the storage unit for several months now. I would definitely refer it to other people I know my stuff is safe there it's located in a good area and the manager AJ that runs the facility is a very hard-working man I've seen him go above and beyond to help l. And when it comes to helping the elderly he goes an extra mileif there's a problem you know u can go to him and he will do everything he can about it

I won't lie, I haven't loved the storage experience I had when this use to be extraspace storage profs. As it was impossible to contact anyone, the area was practically abandoned, and the price raising/dropping and the misleading promotions/policies really left a worse impression than I started even with the good pricing AT TIMES.
