Better Homes Realty is a vertically integrated full-service real estate organization. We were delighted from the first introductory meeting with Jessica and Phil, through a one-and-a-half-year period of marketing and leasing to the final sale of our home. We've had excellent service from Jessica Billiet over the last several years as property manager for our home. She is professional, responsive, positive and has taken the time to know us and our needs so that we trust her to take care of our home, find excellent renters, and make decisions on our behalf.
The best decision I have made with my properties was to connect with Better Homes Realty. Jessica Billet has been awesome in her management of my rental properties . Her knowledge spans the legal side, the market side, and ALL the day to day issues. She has a great crew that is timely and thorough.
Finding our forever home was stress free with Jessica leading the way. She is knowledgeable about the homes and surrounding areas. We felt confident with her guidance and calm demeanor. Thank you for being so good at your profession and sharing your passion for finding the right place for each family.
I was a tenant with BHR for over 10 years! Their staff (Jessica-owner & Suzanne-office manager) are professional and available to address any concerns related to the property. There was never a maintenance request that wasn't addressed immediately. They hire high quality professionals to take care of any repairs (many times with an upgrade). If I had not relocated out of the area I would have remained with them, I'm sure for another 10 years!
