UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: As referenced in my review below, we did indeed hire Axium to do our Radon Mitigation. Karl did an outstanding job and was meticulous in everything he did. The system works perfectly but we were most impressed with Karl's ability to paint the system to match the exterior of our home. Great work by Karl and I highly recommend him. Karl installed our radon mitigation and went above and beyond throughout. He covered all of my concerns and more during the initial and final walkthroughs, was helpful and thorough in answering questions, and left no mess or anything out once finished. We're glad to have had Karl for our installer, definitely recommend and we will continue reaching out to Axium for any future needs
Karl serviced our Radon Mitigation system and replaced a fan that had stopped working. He was polite, on time, did the job fast and well, was thorough in his explanation of the work and offered tips re: future RM beat practices. Axium made it easy to schedule an appointment in just a few days after our system fan stopped working. Originally installed fan lasted about 7 years, I expect this one to last even longer. Great price, great service, easy-peasy.
I had a radon mitigation system added to an old home I bought by Axium, and they were great to work with. They communicated well and followed up after the initial inspection. The technician Drew Barnes was awesome. He showed up early was very polite, talked me through how he was going to installing the system, and worked very steadily throughout the day to get the job done in a timely manner. Would recommend Axium and the technician Drew to anyone.
After receiving a radon inspection and levels coming back double the recommended, Axium was a no brainer and we would not have changed that decision! I worked with Brandi to get things scheduled, all was super fast and responses were immediate; she was super professional and friendly. No pushy at all to get things on the books! And Karl, let me tell you, Karl was THE BEST when it came to quoting and performing our mitigation. We walked through a few locations, he talked me through all the pros/cons of each then we settled ... read more
