I had an amazing experience with my psychiatrist last night. She was incredibly attentive and personable, creating a safe and comfortable environment from the start. It genuinely felt like she cared about what I was going through, and she even shared some of her own personal experiences to show I wasn’t alone in this journey. It was reassuring to know that she really understood and connected with what I was feeling. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking therapy for ADHD.
