In contrast to other reviewers here, I had a great experience with Bach Homes. They let me pick out a bunch of options, and the price met our limited budget. The basic package felt like upgrades. Everything was awesome from start to finish!
I recently built a home with a separate garage with Bach Builders. It was a GREAT experience from START TO FINISH! The design team was GREAT TO work with and help me with the vision I had for my home. Any issues we encountered during the building process were quickly addressed and taken care of. I love my Bach Home and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AS Builders!
These have a number of apartment complexes. I rented at ****************** in *********** after being shown a ground floor unit adjacent to the clubhouse. I asked whether they had noise complaints and how they dealt with noise complaints and the representative stated that they had never had a noise complaint. Working with them has been a pretty miserable experience from day one. When we showed up for our final walk through we were told only the two of us(my wife and I) purchasing the home were allowed to walk through the house, that meant our 1 year old couldnt come in even if we were carrying him in his carseat.Less than a month into our new house there was excessive settling around the whole house to the point where many driveways in the neighborhood collapsed. I purchased a Bach Home in June 2019. While I love my floor plan, I have learned the hard way that there is more to the home buying experience than just liking the layout of the home...and not all builders are the same. I was provided a copy of the Warranty information prior to the closing of my home. I read over it and it all seemed pretty standard. Do NOT buy a home from them. Their homes are money pits and they do not care for you or your family. We bought our home May of 2015 and we have had nothing but issues. We signed on our home on May 5 and on May 7 it was raining. We drove out to our new home with our parents to show them and the basement was leaking. My son and daughter each signed a contract with Bach homes for 2 different properties in Saratoga Springs, Utah. The sales person was completely incompetint and Bach homes told my 2 children that they decided not to build the homes. I felt that they wanted to raise the prices for the 2 homes so they did not approve the contracts. I get that builders are in business for the money but the way they handled this situation with my 2 children was in my opinion very dishonest. They wasted my children's time and money. Let me start out by saying thanks Bach for crushing our dreams, we found the perfect home and signed the contract with them and thought everything was in place. They sat on the contract for over a week and then wanted more money for the home we signed for, even though we were paying what they initially ask of us. The lady at the model home site is very disorganized and scatter brained. The way they conduct themselves was not professional and I would not work with them, luckily we are now working with a more solid builder!
