Thanks to Marci at Bachman's we have a new roof in our home. Recently we received a letter from our insurance indicating we had to replace our roof within a certain amount of time, which brought a great deal of anxiety since this was a big investment with a short window of time. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Bachman's Construction since 2021. They did an awesome job on my home remodeling. Recently, I contacted them about a small matter of concern. It was nothing they had to respond to, and even if it was, my two year warranty expired last year. But, in true Bachman fashion, they not only responded, but they took care of the issue. I wanted to upgrade my master bathroom from my old, jetted tub and shower combo to a walk-in shower. I spoke to a couple of those one-day conversion places. Very expensive and really did not try to understand what I wanted. I found Bachman's to be a much better value. First the one-day places sent high pressure salespeople not a true estimator like Joe.
