Shoddy workmanship. Seems **** is the owner of the company and contracts out the actual work. The only time we had any interaction with **** is the estimate day, start of the day to pool re-tiling and repairing the grout line and at the time of job completion and payment. This tiling project was completed in 1 day. By 2 months later the areas of work along the grout line began cracking which was one of the initial problems. I have sent **** out there constantly to help this guy but the grout will not stay in place and his decking was already giving him problems before he called me and *** told him countless times this wa going to be a problem because his decking had separated from his pool before we did this job. Hes trying to push his problem he had already on me and he is wrong. Companies have rights too and its not fair we have to put up with these type of clients.
