We love our new pool! Backyard Oasis was a pleasure to work with. They worked with us to get the design just right. Our project was riddled with much rain and a hurricane. BYO made sure the pool was perfect! The whole team was wonderful to work with. Ramon, our project manager was available to us to help with anything. An absolutely amazing company. From the initial consultation, to the design process and then building our pool, Backyard Oasis went the extra mile for us. They are communicative and professional. Could not be happier with the overall experience of purchasing a pool from Backyard Oasis. From the design phase to there were extremely knowledgeable and explained all options in great detail. They started a Pool for us in February 2021 and we are still trying to get the Pool completed which is now 5 months. We are stalled on elevation for the decking, which we had to hire an engineer firm come out and survey the drainage and decking. The decking and drainage are at wrong elevations and if completed to Backyard Oasis design would flood the house after one bad rain event.
