Great company. I had this company install a custom truck bed on my truck. They took great care of me all the way to the completion.of the project. Good communication and quality work. Highly recommend.
They scratched my brand new truck putting a flatbed on they offered to fix it but just sprayed over the scratches still leaving some visible then they blamed it on the def bracket scratching the cab when the truck flexes. But the truck doesn’t flex up and down 6 inches scratches are still in my truck then they wanted to move the def bracket so they just drilled a hole in the side of the flatbed and mounted it horizontally so now I can’t get it to take def fluid all the manager Nancy did was make up excuses very poor work the... read more
Absolutely the worst experience with an automotive repair facility. I highly recommend avoiding this company if at all possible - especially if you are a business. Brought my box truck in to get an exhaust fixed. For some reason they decided to replace a small section of pipe and clamp/weld it together instead of replacing the pipe all together. Only took them 1.5 weeks to do that (unacceptable). Got the truck back still making loud muffler sounds but I can live with it. Section they welded fell completely off when at a job... read more
Worked with Andy Budd on the sale of a Ford Transit. He was very quick to respond and aided in a very seamless transaction. He was fair and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him and Badger again.
Our company has dealt with Badger Truck for many years and have been totally satisfied with the service, their professionalism, their communication skills and their pricing. Whether it be a truck purchase or a repair, we've never been disappointed. Everyone is extremely helpful, but especially Nancy, who bent over backwards for us last month in helping resolve an insurance claim supplement on one of our trucks.
