This place is a joke. The customer service is bad. I called a month ago to get a copy of a receipt because Western needed some additional information for a warranty claim. The lady I spoke to said, "Sure, no problem, I can get that." She said she would send over an email. A month later, there's still no copy of the receipt. I called, emailed, and texted like she asked. Great company. I had this company install a custom truck bed on my truck. They took great care of me all the way to the completion.of the project. Good communication and quality work. Highly recommend.
They scratched my brand new truck putting a flatbed on they offered to fix it but just sprayed over the scratches still leaving some visible then they blamed it on the def bracket scratching the cab when the truck flexes. But the truck doesn’t flex up and down 6 inches scratches are still in my truck then they wanted to move the def bracket so they just drilled a hole in the side of the flatbed and mounted it horizontally so now I can’t get it to take def fluid all the manager Nancy did was make up excuses very poor work the... read more

Absolutely the worst experience with an automotive repair facility. I highly recommend avoiding this company if at all possible - especially if you are a business. Brought my box truck in to get an exhaust fixed. For some reason they decided to replace a small section of pipe and clamp/weld it together instead of replacing the pipe all together. Only took them 1.5 weeks to do that (unacceptable). Got the truck back still making loud muffler sounds but I can live with it. Section they welded fell completely off when at a job... read more
