They scratched my brand new truck putting a flatbed on they offered to fix it but just sprayed over the scratches still leaving some visible then they blamed it on the def bracket scratching the cab when the truck flexes. Absolutely the worst experience with an automotive repair facility. I highly recommend avoiding this company if at all possible - especially if you are a business. Brought my box truck in to get an exhaust fixed. For some reason they decided to replace a small section of pipe and clamp/weld it together instead of replacing the pipe all together. Only took them 1.5 weeks to do that (unacceptable). Got the truck back still making loud muffler sounds but I can live with it. Section they welded fell completely off when at a job... read more

Wanted to buy a truck. Saw one that I liked. They were selling as is, I wanted it DOT ready- even if it cost me a little extra. I called several times. Even tried getting someone else to deal with.
