So grateful for Virgie at Bail Hotline at the Van Nuys office seeing us last minute even though the place was 5 minutes to close. Honestly they do their best to save you money & ur loved one. My fiancés bond was too high & they just worked things out so easy. They didn't waste time requesting jail, for a visit the same day so they can have a talk with him. Remember it does take couple hours for him to be released from jail but,they definitely did not need 5 other people to co sign just like any other companies. So I have given this company $4000. Unfortunately, the situation occurred and needed to use a bail bonds. The charges have not been filed police actually arrested the wrong individual.. They arrested the correct person the following day however, bail was posted. Please use other bail bond company. This company screwed up my loved one. They had my loved one arrested without proper warrant whatsoever. Then they call me asking for more cash. Once our attorney reviewed what was going on, she could not believe what was happening. Take your money elsewhere, they will screw up with your loved one more and squeeze more money from you.
