I've had a NIGHTMARE situation with an Implant that began in Feb 2023. When I gave up on the dental practice that started all this, I visited or called dozens of dental offices but none would touch this dilemma. Several practitioners told me they just didn't want to take responsibility. Dr. Waasdorp and his staff were absolutely incredible. I fractured a tooth and had no choice but to have an implant placed. Dr. Waasdorp was extremely thorough and efficient. I was most impressed by how fast the procedure was. Every single staff person made me feel like they had known me forever. Dr. Waasdorp came highly recommended by my dentist. I called Dr. Waasdorp's office today for an emergency visit. I am not a patient of Dr. Waasdorp, however, he told me to come in right away. My issue turned out to be a periodontal abscess which he treated, prescribed some antibiotics and sent me on my way. He was totally friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I may consider switching Periodontitis.
Dr. Waasdorp is knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I went to see him for a second opinion and not only did he explain things clearly, he is up on the latest perio technology, so there was no downtime for my osseous surgery. The best part is that he accepts many types of insurance, which is a plus. Many dentists that use the LANAP Laser either do not take insurance or do not have the same amount of training (in my humble opinion). The Office staff ensures a pleasant experience.
Extremely rude front desk and dirty clinic.
Terrible Covid practices. Waiting area with too many people, most practices have you waiting in car before appt.
