I called Baldwin yesterday and spoke to a nice woman who explained price protection and a monthly payment plan. I had to cancel my existing service so I asked if I could call back the next day (today) to set the account up. The woman said yes, no problem. Fast forward to today, after I canceled my other account, I called to setup monthly budget plan and I'm told they are no longer doing it!!! 🤬
If they do price matching of bona-fide prices, they're as good as anyone else out there!
They have great prices and are very accommodating
