Balgores wasn’t my first choice as other agents had promised me a dedicated service at less cost which was not forthcoming. Moving to Michael K and team was a refreshing change. We used Balgores when we sold our last house so it was a no brainer for us to use them again. The service Joe, Jamie and the whole team provide is one that all estate agents should aspire to. Our sale was an emotional one but was dealt with sensitively, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. I would have no hesitation to recommend using this company.
