I Can’t fault Balgores, Romford, in helping me sell my aunt’s house. They were always very informative, and helpful in the process. The stress was minimal, and I can’t thank them enough . EDIT: My review was not about losing the property or being outbid that seems to have gone over Balgores head judging by their reply. As mentioned, we’re not concerned about that outcome it was clearly overpriced in the end. My issue is with the tactics employed during the process and how offers were handled. Specifically: 1. Repeated pressure to increase our offer even after we made it clear we had reached our limit. We received multiple calls asking us to reconsider despite clearly stating our position. Excellent service by everyone involved in the sale of my late mother’s house. Compassion was shown through the whole process and I was kept informed regularly of all updates. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone considering buying or selling.
