I viewed a property on line that I liked, enquired at Balgores and got a viewing next day. We spent a good time viewing and wasn’t pressured at all. We discussed on our way home and on arrival , put in an offer, handled by Clive after a short negotiation a price was agreed. Marie took over the handling of the case and with her chasing the Conveyancing activities the process was soon completed. What a whirlwind! Paul Newell came to see me and after discussions, I put my house on the market with them. Great pictures were taken. Balgores arranged numerous viewings. The house was sold quickly.
