We had a fantastic experience with Balgores and would 100% recommend. We didn’t have an easy ride due to sellers pulling out (no fault of Balgores) but what we did do, was sell our house quickly. Ross and the team have been excellent in helping us sell the house. When the first buyer fell through they got us plenty of more viewings and they gave us good advice throughout and were patient with our questions. We’ve just completed and are delighted with all support we had.
The entire team at Wickford and Georgia at Basildon were fantastic in pushing my flat through. It’s been a long time coming, and many challenges along the way but I’m so pleased to have now completed. Thank you! Only 1 word of advice - DO NOT USE EVER USE PCS LAW! They are on Balgores approved solicitor list, but are absolutely useless & delayed me exchanging for days, meaning I had 2 days from exchange to completion.
Great, friendly service from start to finish! The whole team were exceptionally patient and helpful. Even when I couldn’t turn the water back on, they were quick to step in and assist.
