Worked with Rob for homeowners insurance. No upsells. Good outreach policy. He didn’t blast me with phone calls every day. He called me to set up the policy and the first policy didn’t get approved and he had another one ready within minutes. That one got approved and he even made sure to increase the rebuild payout amount to more appropriately match the cost of my home. Great service.
