The Staff at Bancroft Dental were very courteous and friendly. Going to the Dentist is never on the list of fun things to do but the staff was so friendly and accommodating they put be at ease. I was very impressed the Hygienist, DDS, as they explain all my options and why the necessary procedures needed to be done. Bancroft Dental deserves the highest rating because every aspect which you might consider in evaluating a practice is top notch. The staff is professional, friendly and relaxed. The attention to detail in explaining my procedure was thorough. Each step of the way they explained what was being done and why. They took great care to assure my comfort and had ready solutions for my particular issues. I would also like to mention that both the interior and exterior of the building is beautifully designed, well maintained and super clean. I mention this not only because it is consistent with the high standards they maintain in their practice but also that they are an asset to our neighborhood.

Best cleaning ever

Dr. Andrews and Dr. Wing are the best in my opinion. They have alot of patience with me. I am an anxiety patient and the girls in the back are so helpful when I come in and tell them I have bad anxiety. They give me music and put massager behind my ears to calm me down. Veronica the receptionist is always in a good mood and I like to kidd around with her and everyone else.
A work place should be about work but also about being happy to come to work.

Excellent all around. Got a teeth cleaning appnt. w their $66 special in less than 24hrs. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The cleaning itself was amazing. I hadnt had a cleaning in nrly 2yrs and it was obvious. The woman who did the cleaning did an excellent job. Cant stop looking at how great my teeth look!! I will be back here. Thank you all!!
